My name is Erica Jones, and I have been an FISD employee since 2018. Over the years, I worked in the FOCUS program at Heritage Middle School and Oak Ridge Elementary School, supporting students for seven years. I am currently a behavior coach at Aspire Learning Academy DAEP, where I truly enjoy working with our students and staff. Building meaningful relationships, making a positive impact, and serving my community are all deeply important to me.
